Daisy is a songwriter and recording artist. She is the granddaughter of Nashville session musician Bobby Dyson (Jolene-Dolly Parton, Hee Haw) and the daughter of Nashville guitarist Jim Long (Aretha Franklin, Shirley Caesar). Daisy recorded background vocals with Miranda Lambert on the 2012 single “Fastest Girl in Town” from Lambert’s Grammy-nominated album ‘Four The Record’ under Betsey Long. In 2015, she became an official Epiphone endorsee and the proud owner of the Epiphone PRO-1 Ultra Acoustic-Electric Guitar. Daisy wrote and recorded two duets with Country Music Hall of Fame member Charlie McCoy and started a record label, where Daisy released ‘Gorham Woods’ on vinyl, an album Daisy co-wrote and then produced at House of Blues Studios in Nashville, Tennessee. After searching for her identity during a tumultuous season, she finally found her way, and now that the rain has passed, Daisy is blooming with hope to bring healing through song. Her first single after years of germination is entitled “Reverie of Me,” a story about finding her true self after seeking unnecessary approval from others. Daisy is eager to continue her work as a songwriter and recording artist in her newly established recording studio under her company, Vevolve, and to release new music as an artist under her label, Vevolve Records. Abraham Medellin is a genre blending solo artist from Goshen, IN. Starting out his journey in 2009, he was raised off of only Portuguese Pastors with powerful tones and harmonizing church choirs. Upon Entering Goshen Middle School his taste started to reach the strong foundations of the Indie music scene. His sound is artistically crafted with genres from alternative folk, RnB, Hip-Hop, Alternative, and Soul. Medellin specializes in creating his own music ranging from guitar, lead vocals, bass, synths, and producing his own tracks. Rose Hotel’s label debut A Pawn Surrender sees Atlanta-based singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist Jordan Reynolds claiming her agency with a 10-song set of nuanced indie-rock songcraft that pulls from a palette of psychedelic shimmer and folk influence via her Southeastern roots. Shiny Shiny Black is an indie folk alternative band from Goshen, Indiana. Featuring Nate and Amber Butler, this wife-and-husband songwriter duo frequently joined by keyboardist Simon Kauffman Hurst. Shiny Shiny Black serves an audience of thousands via their alternative folk concerts, original songs and reflections on the creative life. Featured regionally in Indiana and having performed on stages throughout the US and internationally, their song “Reverie” stood out as a 2024 IAMA Finalist. They ask their audience to consider a framework of life as art, building the life you want and demonstrating how the things we make become creative vehicles for our development along the way. The band performs throughout the U.S. in traditional venues as well as the unique and personal offering of house concerts in the homes of their listeners.
